Competitor Info

Check-In and Office Hours

Check-In begins Friday at 10:00am

All participants need to check in prior to riding and will need to turn in waivers, equine health forms, and leave an open check


Office Hours

Friday 10:00am-6:00pm

Saturday 7:00am-5:00pm

Sunday 7:00am-end of show

Show Photography

We will have show photographers onsite Saturday and Sunday. Our show photographer is Ivy with Paint Pony Photos. More information on photography will be available at the show

Show Food

We will have food for sale onsite Saturday and Sunday

Schedule, Class List, Ride Times

Ride Times: Will be emailed out to all competitors the Tuesday before the show. Ride times will be assigned for all combined test, dressage, and jumper rounds.

Stalls, Hay, Shavings

Stalls are 10x10 wooden stalls. One bag of shavings will be provided with each reserved stall. 


Stall reservations must be made by 7 days prior to the show. Stalls will be grouped based on trainer. If you are not coming with a trainer, but would like to stable with other competitors, please fill out the stabling reservation form so we know who to place you with.


Stall assignments will be emailed out to competitors. Stalls available 10 am Friday.

 

Hay/ Shavings can be ordered through Corralitos Feed and Pet Supply at (831) 728-2244. Inform them you are part of our show at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds and they will deliver your order to your stall. Please place your order a week in advance.

Equine Health Forms

All horses will need a health attestation and proof of vaccination for EHV-1. These can be emailed to the show email, or turned in to the office. 


Horses will also need to have temperature checks for 3 days prior to the show, and while at the show. Please turn in your 3 day log when you arrive at the show.

Releases

Must be signed by anyone riding throughout the weekend. 

There is a Facility Release and a Competitor Release.

Anyone under 18 must have release signed by parent or legal guardian. 

Waivers can be signed online through Ring Radar, or hard copies filled out at the show.

Friday Schooling

Schooling will be open in all arenas from 11am until approx 6:00pm on Friday

Camping

Tent camping and RV hookups available. Please signup for spaces when filling out your entry.

Payment

Payment can be made by check or by credit card. The fee for credit cards is 4%. There is no fee for checks. Checks payable to Da Vinci Equestrian


All competitors are required to check out at the end of the show, and payment will be competed at that time. If you do not check out at the show office, you waive your right to dispute your bill.
